Lisa started working with XYPRO in 1990 in the sales organization and assumed responsibility for the Sales and Marketing function as Vice President in 1997. Instrumental in XYPRO’s growth and leadership position in the HPE NonStop security world, Lisa was promoted to President in 2011 and assumed the role of CEO in 2014 following a management buyout of XYPRO’s founders.

Lisa is a seasoned professional with hands on experience in many areas of running and growing a software development organization, with a focus on employee engagement, customer relationship building and strategic product management decisions.

Steve is a visionary cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. In this role as Chief Product Officer and CISO, Steve leads global sales, technology, product direction, and go-to-market strategy for XYPRO’s cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that fortify the digital backbone of economies worldwide.

Based on his unique leadership, strategic vision, deep cybersecurity experience and penchant for relationship building with customers and partners, Steve has helped transform XYPRO into a top tier cybersecurity provider evidenced by record growth and accelerated adoption of XYPRO’s threat detection and compliance solutions across diverse sectors.

As a passionate advocate for cybersecurity, Steve is dedicated to demystifying the complexities of the industry, sharing invaluable insights and experiences across global stages as a sought-after speaker at events and conferences.

His contributions extend beyond the podium; as a former member of the ISSA CISO Advisory Council, the X9 Security Standards Committee, the Forbes Tech Council, and a patent holder, he has influenced pivotal cybersecurity standards and innovations.

Nick joined XYPRO in 2017 with over 10 years of accounting and audit experience in public accounting and financial services industries. He was promoted from the Director role to Controller in 2022. In his role with XYPRO, Nick is responsible for overseeing the global finance and accounting functions including financial statements, implementation of internal controls, budgets, and forecasts. Nick graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner designations.

Dmitry is a development and technology veteran who brings a proven track record of managing large teams that deliver large scale enterprise applications. Dmitry joined XYPRO In 2019 from 20th Century Fox in the midst of the Disney acquisition. His extensive experience includes managing development organizations for brands such as FOX, Beachbody, NFL and Realtor.com.

With more than 25 years of experience in development organizations, Dmitry has helped companies improve development environments through Rapid Application Delivery, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and integration of new and modern technologies across enterprise and software industries such as eCommerce, Media & Entertainment, and Real Estate.

Kassandra Guy Young, MBA, PMP, a leadership professional with extensive resource management and software development expertise, joined XYPRO in 2014.

As the Director of Software Development at XYPRO, Kassandra brings a collaborative leadership style and forte for creative problem-solving. She has been instrumental in helping XYPRO release new products as well as introduce significant updates to existing key products.

Chad joined XYPRO in 2018, with more than 25 years of information technology and software delivery experience. Chad has successfully led IT Business Engagement and Agile Transformations teams for top 40 industry leaders such as Centene and Health Net Inc. Chad’s professional experience brings a cultured and strategy-driven approach as Director of our Project Management Office at XYPRO.

Robert, CISSP certified manager of XYPRO’s Technical Customer Support team, joined XYPRO in 2006 as a Quality Assurance analyst and was promoted in 2008 to lead XYPRO’s newly formed Customer Support organization. Robert has 30+ years of HPE NonStop experience providing emergency support for Fortune 500 financial services and technology companies.

Robert’s background as a Security Administrator and Support Analyst for mission-critical applications brings real-world experience to the customer support organization.

Alireza is a seasoned technology leader with 25 years of experience in the field of software engineering.

He has leveraged his expertise to lead software engineering teams and drive large-scale technological innovation for industry giants like AWS, SONY PlayStation, 20th Century FOX, and IBM. Alireza joined XYPRO in 2023 from Amazon Web Services, where he led Cloud Transformation architectural projects, especially within the Media and Telecommunications areas.

Ann joined XYPRO in 2019 as the Sales Operations Manager. Ann has 20+ years of Sales Operations experience working in the financial payments software industry.

Since joining XYPRO, Ann has implemented several process improvement initiatives that have resulted in improved consistency, transparency and reporting for the Sales Organization.

Olga is an experienced, highly motivated, and energetic Quality Assurance Manager with 10+ years of history in the QA field. Since joining XYPRO in 2016, Olga has taken a leadership role in positively influencing  XYPRO’s product quality and security through effective implementation and adaptation of quality assurance frameworks, automation, and other technologies.

With over 12 years of software development experience, Santhoshi Sunkam joined XYPRO in 2016.

As XYPRO’s Business Analysis Manager, she leads a team of skilled analysts and leverages her strategic thinking and data analysis skills to drive data-informed decision making and innovation at XYPRO.

Santhoshi is adept at analyzing business processes and empowering her team to provide impactful recommendations that support organizational growth. Her expertise in both strategy and analytics makes Santhoshi a valued leader at XYPRO.

Charlie is a senior IT professional who joined XYPRO in 2017. Charlie has over 20 years of working in information technology helping companies manage infrastructure, networking, storage, virtualization/cloud solutions, and IT operations.

Dr. Carol Gorst, Ph.D., PCI-ISA, PMP joined XYPRO Technology Corporation in 2015. With a focus on developing secure, regulatory-compliant software applications, she has been essential to establishing processes to enhance the pace of software development, implement customer-centric business requirements, and improve the usability and overall satisfaction with XYPRO’s software.

Zuhra Rahyab is a distinguished leader with over 15 years of experience in the field of reporting and analytics. Zuhra has an excellent track record of delivering significant value through process improvement and automation.

Since joining XYPRO Technology in 2019, Zuhra has delivered impactful results, including increased customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and significant cost savings.
